Here is some of the detail of "Lefty's" cane.  At the top is the Viet Nam Vets MC patch, "Lefty" course, Old Glory, my rendition of "Lefty's" tattoo in memory of his Dad, that back side of his Harley, and a shot of his engine with the Viet Nam Vets MC Air Cleaner on it.
